Photo Elite Prospects

A professional photo allows recruiters, coaches, organizations and fans to quickly identify a player, and helps present a professional image of their hockey journey.

Eligibility Requirements

  • The photo must have been purchased

  • The photo must be an individual shot

  • The player must compete at an elite level (only elite players have Elite Prospects profiles)

  • The player must not already have Premium features allowing them to change their own photo.

  • Final approval belongs to Elite Prospects.

How does it work?

  1. Purchase an eligible individual photo from a Snapshot Photo gallery

  2. Fill out the request form below.

  3. Snapshot Photo reviews your request

  4. We submit the photo to Elite Prospects

  5. Elite Prospects completes their own validation and decides whether to display the photo

Can I submit any purchased photo?

No. To be eligible, the photo must be an individual shot where the player is clearly identifiable. Group photos, celebrations involving multiple players, or images where players, or images where identification is difficult generally cannot be used.

Does purchasing a photo guarantee it will be displayed on Elite Prospects

No. Purchasing a photo allows you to submit a request, but the final decision always belongs to Elite Prospects. All photos must meet their identification standard.

Who can request an Elite Prospects photo update?

This service is intended for players competing at a competitive or elite level who wish to have a professional photo on their profile. Some restrictions may apply, particularly for users who already have a Premium Elite Prospects account.

How long does it take for my photo to appear on Elite Prospects?

Timelines vary depending on request volume and Elite Prospects’ validation process. Once your request has been submitted by Snapshot Photo, we have no control over the final processing time. Generally between 48-72 hours.
